Withdrawal Policy

The Research Journal of Human and Social Aspects (RJHSA) understands that situations may arise where authors need to withdraw a manuscript after submission. This policy outlines the process for withdrawing a manuscript and the potential consequences.

Grounds for Withdrawal:

• Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any stage of the review process, prior to acceptance for publication.
• Valid reasons for withdrawal include:
  • Identification of a significant error in the manuscript that requires substantial revision.
  • Decision to publish the work elsewhere.
  • Duplicate submission to another journal.
  • Funding issues that prevent completion of the research.

Withdrawal Process:

• Authors must submit a formal withdrawal request to the journal editor via email.
• The request should clearly state the manuscript title, corresponding author, and reason for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal process is considered complete upon receipt of the author's email by the editor.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

• Manuscripts withdrawn before the review process begins will not be included in the journal's publication record.
• Manuscripts withdrawn during the review process will not be further reviewed or considered for publication in RJHSA. However, authors may choose to resubmit the revised manuscript after addressing the identified errors, following the journal's submission guidelines.
• Repeated withdrawal of manuscripts without legitimate reasons may be considered unprofessional conduct and may affect the author's eligibility for future submissions to RJHSA.

• The journal will maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript and the withdrawal request.
